Nefxa is an AI-powered cinematic generation and content management suite designed for video creators. Our tools include, but are not limited to, script writing, video generation, production workflows, and thumbnail creation.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

Free Trials

We may offer a free trial period for new users. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, your account will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected at registration.

Billing

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the scripts, ideas, and original inputs you provide to Nefxa. For the assets (videos, images, thumbnails, and scripts) generated by Nefxa's AI using your inputs, we grant you a broad, commercial license to use, distribute, and monetize those assets on platforms like YouTube, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Our Platform

Nefxa retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our software, AI engines, logos, and UI designs. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Nefxa to generate, distribute, or promote content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or harassing.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Contains explicit adult content or non-consensual sexual imagery.
• Violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
• Attempts to artificially manipulate YouTube algorithms through deceptive practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion, without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nefxa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services, the accuracy of generated scripts, or the likelihood of virality or monetization of generated content. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nefxa, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
